About the Adult Core

The Adult Echocardiography Core Lab consists of a Philips iE33 with a Focus workstation and GE Vivid 7 with EchoPAC software.  Analysis methods include: 2D, M-mode, strain, Doppler tissue velocity, 3D, 3D Advanced Quantification, intima-media thickness (IMT), comprehensive Doppler analysis of hemodynamics, and contrast enhanced ultrasound studies.

The Core Medical Director is Jennifer Strande, MD, PhD. The Core Technical Director and Sonographer is Leanne Harmann BA, RDCS, RDMS, RVT. Read more…
