Daniel Wickeham, MS
Daniel Wickeham is the Vice President of Corporate Compliance and Risk Management at the Medical College of Wisconsin. His responsibilities include oversight and management of four risk and regulatory compliance offices: Clinical Compliance, Research Compliance, Internal Audit and Risk Management.
Mr. Wickeham has over 25 years of experience in healthcare management and administration in various settings including hospitals, private insurers, research organizations and academic medicine. He has been employed at the Medical College of Wisconsin for over 17 years and in addition to compliance responsibilities, he has been involved in numerous corporate initiatives including directing all HIPAA Privacy and Security activities, directing the implementation of a business system for all college financial, human resources and grants functions, participating in the implementation of an electronic medical record system, and serving on multiple College committees including the Institutional Financial Advisory Committee, the Institutional Compensation Committee, the Health Plan Committee, and the Retirement Plan Committee.
Mr. Wickeham earned Bachelors and Masters of Science Degrees in Industrial and Systems Engineering, and Certification in Health Services Administration, all from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
