Alumni elect new leadership to their association board
Timothy A. Crummy, MD ’97, (center, left) is the newest President of the Alumni Association, succeeding Paul E. Hankwitz, MD ’74, GME ’78 (center, right). Timothy A. Crummy, MD ’97, takes the helm as President of the Medical College of Wisconsin/Marquette Medical Alumni Association. A radiologist with Madison Radiologists since 2005, Dr. Crummy also currently serves as the interim Vice President of Medical Affairs and Chief Medical Officer at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison. He is a member of the American College of Radiology, Society of Interventional Radiology, American Medical Association, State Medical Society of Wisconsin, Dane County Medical Society and Radiological Society of North America.
During his student years, Dr. Crummy was President of the Student Assembly. Prior to graduation, he was honored by the Walter Zeit Fellowship with the Walter Zeit Fellows Leadership Award, which recognizes a senior student who consistently displays superior qualities of leadership, loyalty, selfless service, initiative, and compassion. Since graduation, he has been very involved with alumni activites.
