About the JPK Conference
Dr. John P. Klein joined the Medical College of Wisconsin in 1993, where he was the Director and Professor of the Division of Biostatistics. He earned his BA and MS degrees in Mathematics at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and his PhD in Statistics at the University of Missouri. Before joining MCW, John was the statistical director at the Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center.
Dr. Klein was a world-renowned expert in biostatistical research methods in survival analysis, competing risks, and multistate modeling. Over his lifetime he authored over 187 scientific articles and 10 book chapters. He advised over 30 graduate students. Below is a collection of his most influential and valued statistical work.
