Daniel M. Soref Imaging Research Facility
The 7T MRI, 9.4T MRI, micro SPECT-CT, and much of the CIR administration, faculty, and staff are located in the Daniel M. Soref Imaging Research Facility, which is connected to the Macc Fund Research Center (MFRC).
From I-41/US-45, take Watertown Plank Road/Exit 40A. Follow Watertown Plank Road East, turn south on 87th Street, and park in the Visitor Parking Lot (directly across from the MCW main entrance).
To reach the Daniel M. Soref Imaging Research Facility from the main lobby, take the elevators to the third floor. Exit the elevators, turn left, and follow the hallway. (The hallway borders the library on the right.) Follow overhead signs to the MFRC. Cross the skywalk to the MFRC, and walk about halfway down the hallway to the elevators. Access to the Daniel M. Soref Imaging Research Facility is secure; if you do not have access, use the phone outside of the elevators (or your cell phone) to call the individual you are meeting.
The Daniel M. Soref MRI Imaging Facility also can be reached from outside, via door #4.
The 3T MRI is located in the 3T Pavillion building.
From I-41/US-45, take Watertown Plank Road/Exit 40A. Follow Watertown Plank Road East, and turn south on 87th Street. Follow 87th Street south toward the Eye Institute building.
