All faculty are involved in some element of change: whether it is change of curriculum, developing new programs or improving processes of clinical care and research. Dr. Weissman wil review one model of change and demonstrate how faculty can use this to coordinate successful transformations in the workplace. (Lunch will be served) Please inform of special needs.
