No matter what your career trajectory, it is likely that you will do some teaching. Yet, have you ever had any training on how to teach effectively?

The objective of the 2013 MCW Postdoctoral Retreat is to assist in the development of your teaching skills. In this one day event you will learn about new trends in science education, course development, assessments, and teaching statements. Case studies and small groups will provide interactive learning experiences. Participants will receive handouts with extensive information about valuable teaching resources and opportunities for further development.
