The subspecialty of pediatric otolaryngology focuses on diseases of the ear, nose and throat in infants and children. This subspecialty has evolved from the general specialty of otolaryngology, to subspecialists who have received special fellowship training and have acquired additional skills necessary to provide specialized care to children with disorders in the head and neck region. The Division of Pediatric Otolaryngology at the Medical College of Wisconsin is the largest group of fellowship-trained pediatric otolaryngologists in the State of Wisconsin.
