Speech/Language Pathologist Koss Cochlear Implant Program Department of Otolaryngology & Communication Sciences
Jaye received her Bachelor degree and Master of Science in Communicative Disorders from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She joined the staff of Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin as a Speech/Language Pathologist and a member of the Koss Cochlear Implant Team in 2003. Her primary responsibilities and interests are to provide diagnosis and treatment services to children with hearing loss and cochlear implants, and providing ongoing support to their families. Jaye views each child as unique, and feels passionate about providing appropriate and quality care. As part of her role on the Team, Jaye has participated in research studies and presented at numerous conferences in the area of cochlear implants in children.
Prior to joining the Cochlear Implant Team, Jaye worked with the pediatric population in various settings, including Birth to 3, outpatient clinics, rehabilitation centers, and the public schools. Currently, Jaye continues to provide services to hearing children with a variety of speech and language disorders at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin in addition to her work with the CI Team.
