Dr. Campbell Receives Distinguished Award for Humanitarian Service
Dr. Bruce Campbell was recently nominated and chosen to receive the Distinguished Award for Humanitarian Service from the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Campbell will be honored during the Academy’s Annual Meeting in September 2017. Well deserved, Dr. Campbell!

Dr. Woodson Receives a FIERO Lifetime Achievement Award
Congratulations to B. Tucker Woodson, MD, recipient of a lifetime achievement award for advancement of otolaryngology from FIERO – the Foundation for Innovation, Education and Research in Otolaryngology. This award was presented to Dr. Woodson during FIERO’s 2015 Open Forum held July 23-24 in New York, NY.
Dr. Garcia Granted 3-year Mentored Career Development Award
The Clinical and Translational Science Institute of Southeast Wisconsin granted Guilherme Garcia, PhD a three-year Mentored Career Development Award to study the role of pharyngeal tissue properties in obstructive sleep apnea. Dr. Garcia will be mentored by Drs. John Rhee and B. Tucker Woodson.
