Our fellowship programs are committed to developing the scholarship of our fellows in order to advance their careers, promote our department's vision of excellence, and improve patient care.

Academic Fellowship in Primary Care Research

the Academic Fellowship in Primary Care Research is a two-year full time program leading to a masters degree, designed to prepare family medicine researchers to advance knowledge in areas important to improving access to high quality, cost-effective primary care services.

Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship

The Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship is a one-year program in collaboration with the MCW Department of Orthopedic Surgery, which leads to board certification and provides opportunities to cover athletes from recreational, professional and international teams.

Community-Based Faculty Development Program

The Community-Based Faculty Development Program at Waukesha Memorial Hospital Family Practice Residency is a one-year full-time program to develop skilled community-based residency faculty, focusing on educational skills and the development of a community health project.
