To enroll in the Vision Plan, you need to complete an enrollment form within
30 days of your hire date.
A Vision Insurance Plan is provided to Housestaff at no cost to the Housestaff (MCWAH pays 100% of the premium). This plan is provided through Delta Vision and includes benefits toward eye exams, glasses, contacts and more.
