The Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals Office is located in the Curative Care Network Building, 1000 North 92nd Street, Room 170 (lower level, north side of the building), on the campus of the Milwaukee Regional Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 53226. You can reach us at 414-955-4575.

If you are driving from Downtown Milwaukee:

• Take I-94 West to Highway 45 North.
• Proceed on Highway 45 North to Watertown Plank Rd (Exit 40). 
• Go East (right) on Watertown Plank Rd to the first stoplight (92nd St).
• Turn right (South) on 92nd St and turn left at the second driveway into the Curative Care parking lot.

If you are driving from the Madison area:

• Take I-94 East toward Milwaukee to Highway 45 (Fond du Lac – Exit 305B).
• Proceed North on Highway 45 (Fond du Lac) to Watertown Plank Rd (Exit 40). 
• Go East (right) on Watertown Plank Rd to the first stoplight (92nd St).
• Turn right (South) on 92nd St and turn left at the second driveway into the Curative Care parking lot.

If you are driving from Racine / Kenosha area / Chicago:

• Take I-94 West toward Milwaukee to the I-894 bypass (Madison/Fond du Lac – Exit 316),
• Take I-894 West to Highway 45 North.
• Proceed on Highway 45 North to Watertown Plank Rd to the first stoplight (92nd St).
• Turn right (South) on 92nd St and turn left at the second driveway into the Curative Care parking lot.

If you are driving from the Green Bay area:

• Follow I-43 South to I-94 West (Exit 728).
• Proceed on I-94 West to Highway 45 (Fond du Lac - Exit 305B).
• Travel East (right) on Watertown Plank Rd (Exit 40) to the first stoplight (92nd St). 
• Turn right (South) on 92nd St and turn left at the second driveway into the Curative Care parking lot.

If you are driving from the Beloit area / Illinois:

• Take I-43 (Rock Freeway) to Highway 45/I-894 North.
• Travel North on Highway 45 (Fond du Lac) to Watertown Plank Road (Exit 40). 
• Go East (right) on Watertown Plank Rd to the first stoplight (92nd St).
• Turn right (South) on 92nd St and turn left at the second driveway into the Curative Care parking lot.

Parking

• Park on the north side of the building (facing Watertown Plank Rd.) and enter via the North canopied entrance (do not enter Curative via the main entrance facing west).  Parking is rarely a problem.

Entering the Building

• The North Canopied Entrance (north); this is the ground level of Curative.  Upon entering, turn right (West).  The MCWAH Office (Room 170) is the first office on the right.
• The Main Entrance (west); You will enter on the 1st floor of Curative.  Use the elevator located on the left (north) of the registration desk.  Take the elevator to the lower level and turn right (north).  Go to the end of the hall and turn right (west).  The MCWAH office is the first office on your left.  The room number (170) is located on the door frame above the door.
• The Rear Entrance (east); You will enter on the lower level of Curative.  Proceed to the north end of the building.  The MCWAH office is the only office on the north side of the north corridor.  The room number (170) is located on the door frame above the door.
