My research interests are in statistical genetics. Current work includes linkage mapping of quantitative trait loci (QTL) for F2 rats using polymorphic genetic markers, developing statistical models and methods for multipoint linkage disequilibrium mapping, and haplotype analysis of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs).
