Come learn about and discuss the seventh Principle of Community Engagement with Community Engaged Faculty and Community Partners in a round table-style event led by Dr. John Meurer and community partner, Tim Coughlin. Lunch will be served to all who register. Space is limited.

Community Engaged Research (CEnR) Award Announcement
The Medical College of Wisconsin Community Engagement Core and Cancer Center are pleased to jointly announce three grants were awarded through the Community Engaged Research Grant: Cancer Focus seed grant program. The awarded projects support promising cancer-focused research in the Milwaukee area, demonstrate clear relevance and importance to the communities involved in the project, encourage sustainable, authentic community-academic partnerships, and seek to advance understanding about how community engagement can be done in complex research settings.

Community Engagement Photo Contest Winner
Congratulations to the winner of the MCW Community Engagement Photo Contest, University of Wisconsin-Extension's program, The SEED Initiative! Their photo entry received many positive responses from our panel of voters, the most of any entrant, and has been named our winner!
