Community Engagement Week 2016

The Medical College of Wisconsin hosted its second annual Community Engagement Week the week of April 18-22. Each day’s agenda was filled with community engagement-focused events, bringing together a wide range of stakeholders and partners across the college, the state and the region. The week’s activities brought together over 600 participants and over 50 institutions and community partners. Events facilitated rich conversation about health concerns relevant to our communities. The diversity in attendees provided opportunities for community partners, institutions, government entities and academics to network, discuss issues relevant to our communities, highlighted community engaged programs, and recognized individuals who’ve shown exemplary service.

More events and posts from the week, as well as other Community Engagement activities, can be found on MCW’s Community Engagement Facebook Page, MCW Community Engagement. Like us on Facebook and stay updated on all the awesome things happening with MCW’s Community Engagement Mission!
