Letters of Recommendation
: Committee letter, packet of letters, or 2 separate letters from classroom professors, 1 of which must have taught biology, chemistry, or physics.
in graduate school must submit 2 letters, 1 from a professor or thesis advisor and the other from the dean or department chair including a statement indicating they are aware the student is applying to medical school. Students
in graduate school are required to submit 1 letter of recommendation from a professor. Students
to graduate school must submit 1 letter from the dean or department chair including a statement indicating they are aware the student is applying to medical school.
: In addition to the above requirements, you may submit up to three optional letters. These are generally personal or professional in nature and are not required to complete the application.
It is strongly recommended that one letter speak to your aspiration to a medical career that is in keeping with the campus mission.
