Provide expertise to faculty on program evaluation using multi-method approaches, including quantitative and qualitative design.
Provide expertise in medical education research, using theories, trends and principles of undergraduate medical education.
Collaborate with faculty on grant writing, grant implementation and the IRB process.
Use psychometrics, item response theory, factor analysis, categorical data analysis, general/generalized linear models to increase the quality of examination and survey data.
Provide expertise to faculty to create and implement reliable and validated instruments, surveys and questionnaires.
Create and manage all student performance, faculty, and course evaluations in OASIS; provide evaluation support/orientation to faculty.
Generate reports based on the outcomes of evaluation data for departments/committees.
Make original and collaborative contributions to the field of medical education through authorship of peer-reviewed journal articles and national/regional conference presentations.
