Learning Resource Fund
Learning Resource Fund proposals are generally 2-5 pages in length, plus a cover letter, a letter of support from the Department Chair, and a budget worksheet. NOTE: Funding requests for major innovations over $5,000 must include a cost sharing agreement signed by the department chair or appropriate administrative officer.
The CEC Chairperson also approves funding up to $300 for faculty projects that are consistent with the priority areas above at any time. Call Judi Rehm at 955-4353 for more information.
MCW Faculty are eligible for funding to support innovative educational projects for undergraduate medical education through the Learning Resources Fund of the Curriculum and Evaluation Committee. Calls go out three times each academic year--Fall, Winter, and Spring.

NOTE: Completed applications must be submitted through eBridge 5 business days before Learning Resource’s deadline.
After receiving acknowledgement from eBridge, “Pending Sponsor decision.” , email a complete electronic copy to Judi Rehm (email@example.com) that includes the eBridge email along with the Learning Resource Proposal Budget worksheet. Please review the Learning Resource procedure guide for additional assistance, which can be located on the Grants and Contracts web site.
