Integrated Curriculum (PIC) and performs
research projects, synthesizes common
themes, barriers, solutions consistent
with educational formats (e.g., objectives,
methods, learner assessment, and program
evaluation). She collaborates on
articles, presentations, and grant
progress reports.

Kim works with faculty to design
alternative instructional delivery methods
with an emphasis on technology. Projects
include designing Web-based or other
multimedia course modules and exploring
and applying new technologies to teach
difficult clinical concepts including the
use of PDA's for clinical instruction.

Judi manages professional administrative
activities of the CEC Committee and its
associated committees in addition to the
Course/Clerkship Directors committees.
She oversees the external and internal
Web site of the various committees and
the learning resource fund.
Project Manager
Judi works with faculty PIs to design e-learning
and Web related aspects of their grant funded
projects. Projects include designing course
modules researching best practices and
innovations for discipline specific teaching.

Psychometrician and
Senior Educational Evaluator
Robert provides statistical and educational
measurement consultation to faculty. This
includes multivariate (descriptive, correlation/
regression, factor, ANOVA/MANOVA), social
network, and psychometric (reliability and
validity) analyses for educational research
and evaluation projects. Specifically this
includes departmental OSCE's, K-30 Clinical
Scholars and Dyson Initiative.
Robert manages the comprehensive annual
Graduate Follow-Up Survey and Resident
Director Survey analysis. He also develops
research and evaluation instruments (surveys,
checklists, logs, etc.) to measure variables
of interest on specific projects.
