June 17, 2009 College News - The new Medical College faculty/staff telephone directories are being delivered to each department from now through June 26. Please note the following:
• Every Medical College employee will receive one free copy of the College phone book. • For each department, the phone books are being delivered to a contact person in designated areas. If an employee does not receive a phone book by June 26, please check with your department administrator first. The phone book may not have reached the employee yet. • Employees of Froedtert Hospital, Children's Hospital of Wisconsin and the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center may obtain a College phone book through the public relations offices of their respective institution. • College faculty and staff who would like secondary copies of the phone book may ask their department administrators to purchase secondary copies for $2 each through the Office of Public Affairs, 955-4700. This will be the last printed MCW phone directory. Always check the MCW online directory for the most up-to-date locations and phone numbers for all faculty and staff. Regarding outdated information in the new phone book: • For the faculty/staff listings section (pages 11 - 129), all MCW departments, faculty and staff are responsible for keeping their information up-to-date in the Human Resources database by using myOracle Self Service. To view and update your information on myOracle Self Service, go to InfoScope, click on Human Resources and then click the “my Oracle” Self Service link.
