Fetal Concerns Program The Fetal Concerns Program is a cooperative effort between the Froedtert & Medical College Birth Center and Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. The program was developed to provide a complete range of care for women whose pregnancies are complicated by concerns of fetal abnormalities. It is the only program of its type in Wisconsin. Milwaukee Adolescent Health Program Provides critical medical services to teenagers in the central city. Project Ujima A collaborative program that tries to stop violent behavior and reduce the number of children hurt by violence. Marlene D. Melzer-Lange, M.D. - Medical Director Reach Out and Read of Greater Milwaukee Reach Out and Read gives central city and low-income parents the information, encouragement and materials they need to make books and reading a regular part of their children's lives.
