Biography
Abigail Tietjen joined the School of Pharmacy on August 1, 2016 as the Major Gifts Director, splitting her time in this role with the Biomedical Engineering Department. Ms. Tietjen brings a variety of development and fundraising experience from positions at Lawrence University, University of Chicago Law School, and most recently from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Ms. Tietjen received her baccalaureate degree in Communications and Leadership Studies from St. Norbert College.
Enabling students to pursue their goals of impacting the advancement of healthcare through education and research is what inspires me to pursue support for the MCW Pharmacy School through partnerships and philanthropy. I believe the enduring fellowship of donors, constituents, and friends of the school will allow our programs to advance and provide opportunities for our exceptional students to be prepared for team-based pharmaceutical practice.
