Justin M. Graff, PharmD joined the Medical College of Wisconsin School of Pharmacy in January 2017 as a Clinical Assistant Professor. He is currently a Clinical Pharmacist at the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin who specializes in Hematology/Oncology/Bone Marrow Transplant pharmacy. Dr. Graff received his Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy in May 2013. He completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Ascension (formerly Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare) St. Joseph Campus in Milwaukee, WI in June 2014. Upon completion of his PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency, Dr. Graff received a teaching certificate from Concordia University Wisconsin School of Pharmacy.
