Katherine N. Gharibian, PharmD, is an Assistant Professor at the Medical College of Wisconsin School of Pharmacy. Prior to joining MCW, Dr. Gharibian was a research fellow and adjunct clinical instructor at the University of Michigan College of Pharmacy. Her research and practice interests focus on using pharmacokinetic models to optimize drug dosing in patients receiving dialysis. She is a member of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy, American Society of Nephrology, and American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy. Dr. Gharibian holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
