Gynecologic Oncologist Joins
Medical College of Wisconsin Faculty

Oct 7 - William Bradley, MD, has been appointed assistant professor of obstetrics and gynecology, and member of the Cancer Center at The Medical College of Wisconsin. Board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology, he practices at the Froedtert & The Medical College Clinical Cancer Center, where his clinical interests include management of all gynecologic cancers, minimally invasive surgery, including robotic surgery, and chemotherapy for gynecologic cancers.

Dr. Bradley comes to the Medical College from Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City, where he recently completed a fellowship in gynecologic oncology. Last year, he was awarded the Physician of the Year fellow award. He served a residency in obstetrics, gynecology and women’s health at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis in 2004.

He has authored or co-authored nine journal articles and 11 scientific abstracts. His research interests include the study of agents that block cancer growth, and the growth of new blood vessels from pre-existing blood vessels.

Dr. Bradley is currently completing course work for a master’s degree in clinical research from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health. He received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota in 2000, and his bachelor of arts, cum laude, from Macalester College in St. Paul, Minn., in 1992.
