Sara Lauck, MD, has been appointed assistant professor of pediatrics (hospital medicine) at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW). She sees inpatients at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin.
Board eligible in pediatrics, Dr. Lauck’s clinical interests include general inpatient pediatric medicine and clinical medical education.
After earning her MD from MCW in 2009, Dr. Lauck completed a residency in pediatrics at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago in 2012. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Ind., in 2005.
Dr. Lauck volunteered from 2005 to 2009 with the Saturday Clinic for the Uninsured, a joint project of MCW and Columbia St. Mary’s. She also has experience in international health care. In 2009, she worked in Matagalpa, Nicaragua, and in Manila, Philippines, at Philippines General Hospital.
