The Office of Research at the Medical College of Wisconsin offers a Departing Faculty Checklist as a helpful guide for researchers and department administrators to ensure all paperwork, eBridge applications, and inspections are properly finalized when closing out research studies and/or laboratories. This checklist is meant for faculty who are leaving the institution, as well as those who are remaining at MCW but are closing their research activities.
