Medical College of Wisconsin Corporate Policies

The Medical College of Wisconsin’s office for Corporate Compliance maintains four institutional policies pertaining to aspects of animal research.

  • Oversight of the Care and Use of Vertebrate Animals in Research and Education
  • Reporting and Investigating Animal Welfare Concerns
  • Sponsor Requests for Inspection of Animal Facilities and Laboratories
  • Use and Storage of Controlled Substances

IACUC Standards

The Medical College of Wisconsin’s IACUC has developed internal standards and procedures to ensure that research is conducted in accordance with federal guidelines and current veterinary standards.
