PI Forwards Completed Application to DivO/PDO

Once the entire funding proposal application is complete (funding proposal, primary budget, subcontract budgets, attaching the science, Center Affiliation Approval & Primary Department Administrator Resource & Effort Percentage approval), the PI must submit the completed application to the Division Official/Primary Department Official.

Role:  Principal Investigator (PI)

Steps:

1. After logging in to eBridge, select My Home from the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
2. Select the Funding Proposal Name from My Inbox tab.
3. Select Forward Completed Application to DivO-PDO link from the left-hand column.
   1. Review the attestation.
   2. Select the checkbox.
   3. Click OK.
4. The funding proposal application will electronically route to the Division Official (DivO) first, if applicable, and then to the Primary Department Official (PDO) for review and approval.
