Genyne Edwards, JD is an experienced consultant serving as an Advocacy Consultant for the Community Advocacy Public Policy Institute (CA-PPI) and Principal Consultant of WOO Connections, a relationship-driven capacity building consulting firm. At CA-PPI, she develops and implements advocacy and outreach strategies and coordinates statewide mental health and substance use disorder policy engagement activities designed to shape the future of addiction and mental health treatment in Wisconsin. In these roles, Edwards has developed numerous strategic partnerships and convened diverse leaders, influential interest groups, mental health consumers and advocates, local government officials, and Wisconsin state policymakers.
