At least twenty-four hours prior to each upcoming board meeting, an official meeting notice will be posted below, providing the official date, agenda, and location of each confirmed meeting. Please note that meeting dates are subject to change.

Unless noted otherwise, meetings of the MCW Consortium on Public and Community Health are open to the public and are typically held on the first Thursday of each month at the Medical College of Wisconsin, 8701 Watertown Plank Road, in Milwaukee. Wisconsin United for Health Foundation, Inc.

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Finance and Legal Committee of the Wisconsin United for Health Foundation, Inc. will meet on Monday, May 16, 2013, beginning at 2:00 p.m., in the Milwaukee Conference Room of the Davis & Kuelthau, s.c., 111 Kilbourn Avenue, Suite 1400, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53202.

The Committee will consider the following agenda:

1. Call to Order
2. Roll Call
3. Statement of Public Notice
4. Approval of Minutes
5. Adjournment to Closed Session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85 (1) (e) to consider investment matters of the Foundation.  The meeting will not reconvene to open session.
