There were plenty of hugs and handshakes to go around on May 1 and 2 when alumni returned to Milwaukee for The Medical College of Wisconsin’s 2009 Alumni Weekend. Photographs were taken of each class that celebrated a reunion this year: 1954, 1964, 1969, 1974, 1979, 1984, 1989, 1994 and 1999.

Alumni who earned annual awards from the Alumni Association received their honors at the May 1 banquet:
Golden Circle A class photo was also taken of the Class of 1959, which relived their medical school graduation when members participated in The Medical College of Wisconsin’s 2009 commencement May 15. Class members were awarded new Medical College diplomas and welcomed into the Golden Circle, honoring their 50 years in medicine. Various reunion activities rounded out the weekend.
