CHIMC is a community health improvement grant to address health disparities in Milwaukee.
CHIMC is involved in many events around the community. Besides canvassing in the neighborhoods, CHIMC staff also attends community events to promote healthier communities.
Over the years the CHIMC project has learned that sharing information about the numerous activities that take place in the CHIMC project is key to project success. Therefore we create a monthly newsletter to keep everyone up to date about the project and its ongoing process. The newsletter is updated on a monthly basis to inform the Steering Committee, community members, and agencies about the project's progress.
