Research Area: Genetic variation of eye disease
I graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire in 2007 and worked in a clinical genetics lab for four years before joining the Interdisciplinary Program in Biomedical Sciences at the Medical College of Wisconsin. After my four rotations, I joined the lab of Dr. Elena Semina wishing to continue my work in the field of genetics. The Semina lab aims to identify genes underlying human disease, primarily developmental eye disorders.
