The Koss Cochlear Implant Program is the largest in the state of Wisconsin. It serves children and adults from Wisconsin, Illinois, and the midwestern region.

The Koss Cochlear Implant Program is a collaborative project between the Medical College of Wisconsin, Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, and Froedtert Hospital. The staff has extensive pediatric and adult cochlear implant experience.
