MCW Researchers Receive $1.7 Million Grant to Investigate Genetic Factors in Cardiovascular Disease

Oct. 19 - The Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) received a four-year, $1.7 million grant from the National Institutes of Health’s National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute to investigate genetic factors involved with cardiovascular diseases.

MCW-Green Bay to educate retired seniors and children in the same afternoon

Oct. 7 - On Thursday, October 6, students at the Medical College of Wisconsin – Green Bay (MCW-Green Bay) will be participating in two events to educate two disparate populations: the retirement community and children in the Green Bay area.

Collaboration allows Eau Claire Family Medicine Residency Program to recruit for July 2017 incoming

Oct. 5 - The Medical College of Wisconsin, Sacred Heart Hospital of Hospital Sisters Health System, and Prevea Health have agreed to collaborate on developing a plan to potentially allow the Eau Claire Family Medicine Residency Program (ECFMRP) to transition to a community-based and community-administered family medicine residency program.
