*EKG Teaching by Cardiology Faculty will be held in Conference Room "J" in the Cancer Center (main lobby behind the stairs)

*All EP core curriculum conferences will be held in the Rose Conference Room @ the VA Hospital, 5th floor.

*All EKG Conferences on the first Monday of the month will be held at FMLH.  EKG Conferences on the third Monday will be in the

     VA Rose Conference Room.

*The fellow assigned to speak is responsible to meet with the faculty member and discuss their presentation 1-2 weeks prior.

*If the fellow can not present on their assigned day then he/she is responsible to find a replacement 1 month in advanced and

     inform Dr Fayn and the faculty member they are assigned to about the switch or replacement.

*In addition to the scheduled conferences, any questions which arise on EP related cases or interesting EKG's during your clinical

     rotations or clinics should be e-mailed to Dr Fayn @ efayn@mcw.edu and they will be discussed during one of the conferences.
