Residency Program

On behalf of the Medical College of Wisconsin Department of Neurosurgery, I would like to welcome you to the Residency Program web page. Our program provides general and specialty surgical experience, clinical management, as well as a wide spectrum of research and educational opportunities.

The Neurological Surgery Residency Program is a seven-year program sponsored by the Medical College of Wisconsin's Affiliated Hospitals, an organization of numerous hospitals in which residents are trained. Residents in the Neurosurgery Department are trained at three of these hospitals: Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital, Children's Hospital of Wisconsin and the Clement J. Zablocki Veterans Administration Medical Center. We accept one or two new residents each year. Please use the links provided below to learn more about our residency program. You may also e-mail us with any questions you have.

Sincerely,

Grant P. Sinson, MD

Residency Program Director
