From 1981 through June 30, 2009 a Family Practice, later Family Medicine, Residency Program in southeastern Wisconsin was operated by the Medical College of Wisconsin and its hospital partners, originally St Catherine’s Hospital in Kenosha and starting in 1998, All Saints Healthcare in Racine, part of the Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare System. This residency program was known throughout its history variously as the “Southeastern Wisconsin Family Practice Residency Program”, the “St. Catherine’s Family Practice Residency Program” and the “All Saints Racine Family Medicine Residency Program”. Over the program’s 38 years of operation approximately 121 Family physicians graduated from the program.
