My laboratory's research interest is on understanding and integrating multiple aspects and components of physiology. Our current work is focused on studying renal, cardiovascular, and endocrine physiology and pathophysiology associated with hypertension and diabetes. We use a variety of complementary approaches, including DNA microarrays, proteomics, gene targeting or delivery, and biochemical and functional measurements in whole animals and in cultured cells.
