This policy provides 80% of your base stipend from the point two months after onset of a disability to age 65. Disability is defined as the inability to perform the material duties of your own occupation. This policy can be converted upon leaving MCWAH without evidence of health.
Housestaff members are also eligible for a voluntary supplemental individual policy. The policy is own occupation/specialty coverage. The premiums are substantially discounted, plus the policy may be continued and increased upon graduation. This policy is handled exclusively by Petretti & Associates, Inc.
