Principal affiliate of the Medical College of Wisconsin, FMLH attracts patients from Wisconsin, Northern Illinois and Upper Michigan. This tertiary care hospital has the only Level I Trauma Center in Eastern Wisconsin. Anesthesia experience encompasses the entire spectrum of elective and emergent surgical procedures including complex cardiothoracic and neurologic cases as well as solid organ, heart, and lung transplantation. FMLH also serves as the primary site for critical care training and pain management. Froedtert & Medical College Women's Health Center located within Children's Hospital of Wisconsin is a birth center with more than 1,200 births annually.

Children's Hospital of Wisconsin is the 16th pediatric hospital to be established in the United States. It was opened in 1988 to replace an aging complex of buildings. Admissions average more than 19,000 per year - the second highest of any pediatric hospital in the U.S. About 180,000 children per year are seen in the hospital's more than 80 specialty clinics. Children's Hospital is home to the largest regional pediatric program for the repair of congenital heart defects and is Wisconsin's only regional pediatric trauma referral center. In addition to the wide variety of pediatric anesthetic cases, residents and fellows are involved with an active pediatric pain management program.

The Clement J. Zablocki Veterans Affairs Medical Center delivers primary, secondary and tertiary medical care in 182 acute care operating beds. It is also one of the leading telemedicine sites for the Veterans Affairs Administration. The Medical Center is located in the heart of the Milwaukee metroplex and four miles from the Medical College of Wisconsin. One of the busiest VA Medical Centers in the country, this hospital is one of the regional cardiac and specialized surgery centers for the Midwest. This hospital also serves as a site for acute and chronic pain service and critical care training.

 (TWHH) opened in January 2004 as a joint venture affiliate with Covenant Healthcare and investors ranging from cardiovascular physicians, primary care physicians, other specialists and members of the community. TWHH is the first stand-alone, cardiovascular hospital in the state to partner with an integrated health care system.
