Quality improvement offers the following services:

• For Cause audits.
• Routine reviews.
• Providing guidance and consultation regarding quality improvement in the conduct of research.
• Providing updated information concerning compliance in the conduct of research to MCW/FH IRBs, investigators and research team members.
• Providing assistance in preparation for external audit by a sponsor or federal agency.
• Providing information and feedback regarding educational offerings.
• Assisting in the development of quality assurance activities for department use.
• Providing information to research participants regarding their rights and responsibilities in a research study.
