Based at the Medical College of Wisconsin, the Center for AIDS Intervention Research (CAIR) is a multidisciplinary HIV prevention research center.
CAIR faculty and staff are dedicated to the development, conduct, and evaluation of new strategies to prevent HIV among persons most vulnerable to the disease. CAIR's research also focuses on the prevention of adverse health and mental outcomes among persons living with HIV infection and their loved ones.

March 24, 2010: At 3:00 pm, Darryl Davidson, Men's Health Manager for the City of Milwaukee Health Department will visit CAIR and present a CAIR Conference: "Initiating Efforts to Address Men's Health in Milwaukee."
April 9, 2010: At 3:00 pm, Lorena Garcia, PhD, Assistant Professor, University of Illinois-Chicago, Department of Sociology, will present "Sexuality, Gender, and Resistance: Latina Girls and the Negotiation of Safe Sex" as part of the Interdisciplinary Sexuality Seminar Series.
April 15, 2010: At 1:00, Aaron Buseh, PhD, MPH, MSN, Associate Professor, UWM College of Nursing, will visit CAIR and make a presentation on an aspect of HIV prevention
May 7, 2010: Patricia Stevens, PhD, RN, FAAN, Professor in UWM's College of Nursing, will present a CAIR conference at 2:00 pm.
