My current research topics include the following:

 

(1) Gene networks and inference using Bayesian networks and causality analysis, and applications in elucidating disease pathways.

(2) Topological analysis pathways and protein-protein interactions, and identification of disease related pathways/modules.

(3) Integrative biology for candidate gene discovery for diabetes
