The fellow will meet with the Program Director monthly in the first year to review evaluations with focus on strengths and areas requiring ongoing improvement.  Fellow presentations at clinical and research conferences and journal club will also be formally evaluated by representative faculty.  Fellows will be required to keep a procedure log and case portfolio.  Comprehensive evaluations will be performed twice a year incorporating performance in both clinical and scholarly activities.  Summary reports documenting fellow performance in the training program will be generated by the Program Director and reviewed with the fellow bi-yearly.  The fellow will also be asked to anonymously assess faculty and program performance.
