Emergency Medicine Residency Program

Our goal is to train outstanding Emergency Physicians ready to practice anywhere, anytime.

The Emergency Medicine residency program is based at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee.  Located adjacent to Children's Hospital of Wisconsin and the Medical College of Wisconsin,  Froedtert hospital is both a tertiary referral center for the region and a community based hospital.  It is also the only Level 1 trauma center in southeastern Wisconsin and one of only 2 in the state.  Together with Children's Hospital, the medical complex has a combined total of over 100,000 ED visits a year.
