The administrative offices in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology offer patients access to specific questions related to medical administration. Each physician has an administrative assistant available between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to help coordinate all non-urgent administrative healthcare questions.
Services offered include surgical pre-authorizations, mammogram order requests, medical forms relating to such items as FMLA requests and insurance correspondence.
