Adult Joint Reconstruction

A number of physicians in the Medical College of Wisconsin's Department of Orthopaedic Surgery are skilled in total joint reconstruction and revisions, employing every state of the art technique available in the field, including allografts.

Foot and Ankle

The foot and ankle surgery division of the Medical College of Wisconsin's Department of Orthopaedic Surgery provides evaluation and treatment for patients with traumatic, occupational and athletic injuries, rheumatoid and degenerative arthritis, acquired and congenital deformities, neuromuscular diseases, and foot problems associated with diabetes.

Hand and Upper Extremity

The Medical College of Wisconsin Orthopaedic Surgery Hand and Upper Extremity Center provides specialty trained, experienced surgeons and hand therapists that treat all aspects of the hand.

Microsurgery

Microsurgical techniques are used for repairing severed extremities and transferring skin, muscles, bones, and even toes to achieve functional limb reconstruction.

Musculoskeletal Oncology Center

Dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of bone and soft tissue tumors in adults and children. Whenever possible, limb salvage reconstructive methods, including allografts and custom prosthetic reconstructions, are utilized.

Orthopaedic Traumatology

Orthopaedic trauma surgeons have the expertise to treat complicated or multiple injuries to the extremities, spine, and pelvis. Reconstructive procedures are performed for treatment of the late effects of traumatic injuries.

Pediatric Orthopaedics

Medical College of Wisconsin orthopaedic surgeons are specially trained to care for orthopaedic problems in children, such as congenital disorders, spinal disorders, traumatic injuries, and disability problems associated with spina bifida, cerebral palsy, and muscular dystrophy.

Spine Center

The Medical College of Wisconsin Spine Center provides complete evaluations and treatment for congenital, acquired, and traumatic disorders of the spine. The services include treatment for scoliosis, fractures, dislocations, herniated disks, and other spine-related problems.

Sports Medicine Center

The Medical College of Wisconsin's Sports Medicine Center provides evaluation and treatment of sports-related injuries for athletes, at all levels, in all sports. It also offers routine services such as preseason physicals and exercise counseling.
