The Division of General Obstetrics and Gynecology consists of full-time faculty, women's health nurse practitioners and certified nurse midwives. Froedtert East Clinics is our main clinical site, but practitioners also see patients at the Zablocki VA Medical Center, Westside Health Clinic, and Southside Health Clinic.
Our main focus is on the care of women with low-risk pregnancies and benign gynecological conditions. Our faculty have expertise in laparoscopic and minimally-invasive gynecologic surgery, urinary incontinence, menopause and midlife health, along with pediatric and adolescent gynecology.
The division participates extensively in the education of medical students and OB/GYN residents. Many members of the division have active research programs and are active in professional and community education programs.
